Booking & purchase

Accepted Answer

All staff is original. Admins may book items without queues or warnings. We reserve the right to refuse an order without explanation. A Telegram @username is required — without it we do not accept bookings. You can only opt out of a bought / abandoned breakdown with a replacement. INDV is accepted for any product (clothes, cosmetics, shoes, staff, even a keyboard). Deleting comments is FORBIDDEN.

Question 2

Payment & fines

Accepted Answer

You have a maximum of 3 days to pay (payment day = day 1; day 4 = late fee). Payment during comeback week is processed instantly. If you do not pay within 3 days, a 10 UAH/day late fee applies. If you have an unpaid balance for at least 3 days, we may refuse a booking or purchase. If your debt exceeds a month, all your staff is confiscated (unless agreed with us).

Question 3

Delivery & packaging

Delivery after release/buyout — 2 weeks to 6 months (depends on customs, weather, holidays, etc.). Shipping by Nova Post / Ukrposhta according to tariffs. If a delivery was not collected for an item, it was not shipped. Shipping after report — 2–7 business days (weekends and holidays excluded); delays will be announced. You can take our hand-painted box on request. Choosing the packaging in the form is your responsibility. We do not ship staff without your confirmation (while packing we send everything that should go so you can adjust).

Question 4

Form & communication

The form is provided in the channel — the first pinned post. If you filled out a form, do not fill out a second one without our consent. If we have not sent you the first one — it is forbidden. All information is in the table and in the "Important information" chat thread. The first pinned posts contain all guides and tables. You must follow the SkyLandики shop chat — all important info and box/warehouse updates are there. You track your own staff; statuses are always updated. When the item is in our hands, we do not DM you.

Question 5

Holding your staff

Accepted Answer

If you put your staff on hold, let us know. Otherwise after 2 months it is resold. Food must be sent within 2 weeks of receipt; otherwise it is resold without refund. Expired items are discarded. If you forgot about your staff and the storage period ended — that is not our fault or responsibility.

Question 6

Complaints

Accepted Answer

Without an unboxing video, we may reject a complaint due to lack of evidence. If you do not write within 15 days after shipment about missing items, we may reject the claim.

Question 7

Customer relations

Accepted Answer

Familiarity, disrespect, rudeness — ends our friendship after the last staff is shipped.
